Lifting Test during a Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) as part of the Employer Programs at Personal Care Physical Therapy [Flagstaff]

The Functional Capacity Evaluation (FCE) is a physical test designed to comprehensively measure an injured worker's abilities. Our approach combines the highest level of safety with objective findings. Standard work related functional activities are evaluated over a one to two day period and job tasks specific to the employee's job description can be evaluated to provide the most accurate comparison of an employee/job match. Physicians, Nurse case managers, and employers can use this information in determining what capacity an employee may return to work.

All of our Therapists have certification through WorkWell Systems™ (formerly Isernhagen) and this allows us to schedule your FCE faster and more efficiently.
